Satyam's new board will announce the company's new CEO and CFO on Monday. However, the designations will be slightly different.
The CEO is expected to be designated as Advisor Management Operations and CFO is expected to be designated as Advisor Financial Operations.
In an exclusive interaction with NDTV Profit, Minister of Corporate Affairs, PC Gupta, had said that the Satyam Board will announce its CEO and CFO on Monday but for legal reasons they will not be designated CEO or CFO.
The new board members of the beleaguered IT company has met earlier to choose the new CEO and CFO but they were unable to arrive at a conclusion.
