A Bihar court on Tuesday issued an arrest warrant against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray for making "hate speeches" against Biharis.
The Mumbai police commissioner was asked to produce him in court before November 2, but Thackeray managed to get a stay almost immediately.
The court had taken exception to no representation from Thackeray's side on previous dates.
