Mumbai: The Bombay High granted anticipatory bail to Niranjan Hiranandani and Surendra Hiranandani, accused in the nine crore Provident Fund scam.
The brothers got bail for an amount of Rs. One lakh.
However, a special CBI court has directed them not to leave the city without the CBI's permission till the investigation is over.
Both the brothers are accused of cheating the Employees Provident Fund Department of crores by not paying provident fund dues to their workers.
