New Delhi: The Indian News Broadcasting Awards for 2009 were announced on Wednesday.
NDTV's Executive Co-Chairperson and President Prannoy Roy got the Hall of Fame Award for Lifetime Contribution to Indian Television, while NDTV's Group Editor, English News Barkha Dutt won the Best Editor of the Year (English) Award.
Pankaj Pachauri, Managing Editor - Special Projects, NDTV India, won an award for the Best News Show Host (Hindi) and Special Correspondent with NDTV India Uma Shankar won the Best Hindi News Reporter Award.
