I am 53 years old. Since the onset of my menopause, I have a constant urge to urinate and always feel that I need to go to the toilet. Frequently, I get bladder spasms for about 30 minutes after passing urine. I also feel pain in my bladder after passing urine. Will HRT help me?

You can try bladder relaxants like tolterodine or solifenacin. Your urologist will prescribe one of these. HRT may not help in urinary problem, but can be taken for many more reasons.
