What is the treatment for fatty liver?

I had done my Lipid test and it results that my triglycerides are 264 and also the cholesterol levels are elevated ..Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis reported that I have a grade 1. Fatty liver infiltration....What could be my diet and exercise to reduce Triglycerides levels and reverse to normal liver...? Thank you,

Reduce saturated fats and trans fats. Use healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats. Get most of your calories from fruits, vegetables, and non-fat or low-fat dairy products. Drink alcohol only in moderation. Avoid added and refined sugars.
