Is there any treatment for dry eyes?

Question

I am a 26 years old boy suffering from dry eyes syndrome i.e. Stevens-johnson (SJ) syndrome for the last 4 years. I have to use eye lubricants. Is there any treatment to cure it permanently?

It cannot be cured. You can be more comfortable with frequent use of tear substitutes. Have you tried punctal occlusions or immunosuppressives like cyclosporines into the eye. Discuss with your doctor.
