Is it safe to take Calcirol during pregnancy?

Calcirol is the brand name; it contains vitamin D-3. It is to be taken only in rickets (in children) and osteomalacia in the dose of one sachet once every 3-4 weeks. Unless you are suffering from osteomalacia, there is no need to take the medicine.
