How to avoid dust allergy ?

I am frequently suffering from cold. Even a small amount of dust causes breathing trouble due to which I am unable to sleep peacefully at night. Please let me know what treatment can improve resistance to dust allergy. Even though this is a common problem, can we overcome these types of diseases.

The only way to avoid suffering from dust allergy is to protect yourself against inhaling dust by wearing appropriate masks. If you do suffer, you should start an anti allergic tablet soon and try taking a steroid nasal spray under the guidance of your physician.
