  • Undeterred, the bouncers continued with their imperious behaviour following which Sudhir Mishra got into a verbal spat with one of the bouncers.
  • As the crew was leaving for their next destination, a bouncer pushed Mishra after which the filmmaker lost his cool and was seen getting into a scuffle with him. Later, Mishra reportedly went to the bouncer and apologised to him.
  • Speaking to MiD DAY, Mishra said, "Such incidents do happen. As there was another event scheduled to be held at the same place, they might have reacted that way. There's no need to drag the issue any further."
  • While a representative of the PR firm, which was handling the event, said, "It was the multiplex's responsibility to ensure that the event took place peacefully."
  • When contacted, a manager from the multiplex, on condition of anonymity, said, "It was a minor incident. It may have happened due to anxiety, as the staff had to wrap up the event in the stipulated time."
