"Lindsay is completely committed to her treatment andif Betty Ford nixes her holiday plans... she's ok with it,"said the source.
Lohan stepped out of the clinic on Sunday afternoon todo a photoshoot for a Russian-based clothing line called KiraPlastinina. The pictures will feature in a major magazine.
The actress entered rehab on September 27 and ispresently scheduled to stay at the facility until January 3 onthe orders of a judge after she failed court-ordered drugstests.
