Indraneil Appreciates Entry Into Tollywood Through Janala

  • Mumbai-based model-turned actor Indraneil Sengupta, who plays the lead role in Buddhadeb Dasgupta's award-winning Janala, said he is glad to have begun his stint at the Bengali movie industry with the acclaimed director.

  • Indraneil said he was very keen to work with Rituparno again. In fact, the national award winning filmmaker is impressed by Indraneil's performance in Arekti Premer Golpo and wishes to work with him again.
  • "What Rituda said is true. I will certainly be happy to turn up in a Rituparno Ghosh film. In fact, who doesn't want to act in a film by his standing?
  • "But again it depends on Rituda thinking about me as a character and the rest can follow," said the actor, who has created waves with his roles in the superhit Autograph opposite Nandana Sen and Atanu Ghosh's Angshumaner Chhobi.
