Mahindra is preparing to launch its third, born electric SUV in the Indian market. Before that, the automaker is celebrating the first anniversary of the XEV 9e and BE 6 in the country with discounts and benefits of up to Rs 1.55 lakh. These benefits will be available for the first 5,000 bookings until December 20. It is worth mentioning that the prices of both the electric SUVs were announced on November 26.
Until December 20, Mahindra dealers are providing various benefits and discounts for the BE and XEV 9e, including Rs 30,000 worth of accessories, a corporate bonus up to Rs 25,000, an exchange benefit of up to Rs 30,000, and Rs 20,000 for free public charging, in addition to a 7.2 kW AC fast charger valued at Rs 50,000. All these incentives total Rs 1.55 lakh in benefits and discounts on the Mahindra electric vehicles.

The Mahindra BE 6 is sold at a starting price of Rs 18.9 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Pack One model equipped with a 59 kWh battery offering a 556 km ARAI range, and it goes up to Rs 26.9 lakh for the high-end Pack Three version featuring the 79 kWh battery that provides an ARAI range of up to 682 km. Competing with the Hyundai Creta Electric, this model is offered in six variants, one more than its larger counterpart.
As for the XEV 9e, its price ranges from Rs 21.9 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 30.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It includes the same 59 kWh, which offers 542 km of range on a single charge, and 79 kWh of battery pack in the long-range version, which offers 656 km of range. While the 7.2kW AC fast charger is included for free during this promotional period, Mahindra also provides an 11.2 kW AC fast charging option for an additional Rs 75,000.
