Aditya Dhar's "Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge" is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. To build even more excitement before release, the creators have released the first teaser of the film, following the box office success of the first installment. The original movie broke multiple records, and its music went viral, gaining significant recognition. Now, the filmmakers are likely hoping to replicate that musical success with the second part as well.
With the first part, the music that went viral was FA9LA, created by Bahraini rapper Flipperachi. This time around, Doja Cat's song AAAHH MEN! has taken center stage, giving the teaser the energy needed to match Ranveer Singh's presence on screen. It's the third song from Doja Cat's fifth studio album, Vie, released on September 26, 2025. However, it reminded us of something much older.

The music is similar to the theme of the show Knight Rider from the 1980s, featuring David Hasselhoff. While The Hoff was the star of the show, stealing some of his spotlight was KITT (short for Knight Industries Two Thousand). The show follows the adventures of lone crime-fighter, Michael Knight, who battles criminals with the help of his artificially intelligent supercar, KITT.

Based on a 1982 black Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, the customised car became Michael Knight's (Hasselhoff's character) partner. The sleek sports car brought a futuristic touch to the show, talking back to the lead character and helping him get out of a soup. Powered by a supercomputer, the car had autonomous driving and was equipped with a special surveillance tech that helped detect nearby obstacles. The movie memorabilia was auctioned by David Hasselhoff in 2021 to fetch 300,000 USD.
In the real world, the Trans Am itself is an iconic car easily recognizable because of its split grilles and low nose featuring pop-up quartz-halogen headlamps. To increase its appeal even more, it had a frameless, all-glass hatch. Under the skin, it was equally impressive, replacing old-fashioned leaf springs in its time with MacPherson struts. Powering the car was a 5.0-litre V8 engine belting out 165 hp of power.
