A post graduate in commerce and an accountant by profession, Amardeep Singh floated Ronak Advertising with a complete non-advertising background. He is a true blue Navi Mumbaikar in actual sense. Right from his schooling in Modern School in Vashi to starting up his first venture, Singh has always been working in and for Navi Mumbai. His attachment to the city has grown with time. Singh's love for Navi Mumbai strengthened as he witnessed the satellite city grew from nothing to everything in just a span of some years.
Singh planned to start something on his own, right from the beginning, a pioneer indeed in what they did. Incepted in 1993, Ronak Advertising is considered the first full-fledged ad agency in Navi Mumbai. "Being pioneers in the field, we had an upper hand in terms of exploring the city in the advertising sense. Right from doing banners to gates, and from hoardings to cable ads, we have done everything to grow in this industry. My staff is my most precious asset. I believe they are god sent angels who helped the company grow in every possible aspect," adds Singh. Ronak has now explored a number of fields like events, entertainment, animation and design. Being head-quartered in Navi Mumbai, lets Singh connect on a pan-India basis with his offices in Thane, Kochi and other places.
He thinks that Navi Mumbai is the most secular city in India as brotherhood and harmony is something that's inherent among its residents. Due to the young brigade that consists core population of the city, their enthusiasm to make Navi Mumbai self reliant in itself is appreciable. Amardeep Singh also says, "Moreover, it is a city without prejudices, being dependent on town (Mumbai) has rather made us more humble in nature. Hence, when we climb the growth ladder we keep in mind that others too are part of it at some point of the time. It displays amazing potential, so much that I strongly believe Navi Mumbai will be the 'first city of developed India'. The city's people will have the privilege of being known as the first citizens of developed India."
The city is not just developing; it is in graining qualities like being safe, secure, open-minded and performance-oriented. It is one place in the country that truly justifies its secular nature. Right from creating jobs to giving homes and educating GenY to giving them to enjoy a high-end lifestyle, Navi Mumbai has it all.
