साल 2003 में मीडिया करियर की शुरुआत BAG Films से हुई। शुरुआती दिनों से ही अपराध और खोजी पत्रकारिता में गहरी दिलचस्पी रही। 2005 में NDTV से जुड़े और उसके बाद लगातार देश के कई बड़े और संवेदनशील मामलों की रिपोर्टिंग।NDTV में डिप्टी एडिटर के पद पर कार्यरत , अपराध, आतंरिक सुरक्षा तथा जांच एजेंसियों से जुड़े मामलों की रिपोर्टिंग में एक मजबूत पहचान
करीब दो दशक लंबे पत्रकारिता करियर में देश को झकझोर देने वाले कई बड़े मामलों को बेहद करीब से कवर किया। इनमें निठारी कांड, आरुषि हत्याकांड और दिल्ली के बुराड़ी में एक ही परिवार के 11 लोगों की रहस्यमयी मौत जैसे चर्चित मामले शामिल हैं। इन घटनाओं की रिपोर्टिंग के दौरान सिर्फ खबर दिखाने तक सीमित नहीं रहे, बल्कि जांच, सामाजिक असर और सिस्टम की खामियों को भी सामने लाने का काम किया।
अपराध पत्रकारिता के साथ-साथ सामाजिक मुद्दों और राजनीतिक घटनाक्रमों पर भी लगातार रिपोर्टिंग. बेहतरीन अपराध पत्रकारिता के लिए साल 2016 में प्रतिष्ठित RedInk Awards से सम्मानित किया गया।
हाल के वर्षों में देश के कई हाई प्रोफाइल और बेहद संवेदनशील मामलों को कवर किया। इनमें पंजाबी सिंगर सिद्दू मुसेवाला हत्याकांड, पहलगाम अटैक, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर, ऑपरेशन महादेव, रेड फोर्ट अटैक, नौगाम ब्लास्ट, आर जी कर हत्या और रेप केस, सोनम रघुवंशी केस, बाबा सिद्दीकी मर्डर केस, कोलकाता लॉ कॉलेज गैंगरेप, विकास दुबे एनकाउंटर , दुबई में गैंगस्टर राव इंद्रजीत का इंटरब्यू और श्रद्धा वाल्कर मर्डर केस जैसे बड़े मामले शामिल हैं।
इन मामलों की रिपोर्टिंग के दौरान सिर्फ घटनाओं की जानकारी ही नहीं दी, बल्कि जांच एजेंसियों के इनपुट, अपराध की पृष्ठभूमि और उससे जुड़े नेटवर्क को भी विस्तार से सामने रखा। लंबे समय तक देश की प्रमुख जांच एजेंसियों जैसे CBI, NIA, ED, Income Tax Department, DRI, Customs और NCB को कवर कर रहे हैं। खास तौर पर 2015 के बाद इन एजेंसियों से जुड़े लगभग हर बड़े ऑपरेशन, छापेमारी, आतंकवाद विरोधी कार्रवाई, आर्थिक अपराध और ड्रग्स नेटवर्क से जुड़े मामलों पर उनकी मजबूत पकड़ रही है। आतंरिक सुरक्षा, आतंकवाद, संगठित अपराध, ड्रग्स नेटवर्क और हाई प्रोफाइल आपराधिक मामलों पर उनकी गहरी समझ और जमीनी रिपोर्टिंग
