Jagan Mohan Reddy's thumping victory in Kadapa has made the Kiran Kumar Reddy government nervous. But for the Congress, it is a difficult choice. Taking disciplinary action against those supporting Jagan Mohan Reddy could destabilise the state government. And forcing by-elections that could lead to a repeat of Kadapa, could become an even bigger embarrassment.
