First came the 'Bad Girl' poster that won much online love for its parody on retro Indian Book Depot posters that were pinned up in classrooms decades ago, depicting everything from vegetables and numbers to good habits.

If falling in love in a park makes you a 'bad girl', what is it that makes you an 'ideal boy'? 'Walking away from a troubled relationship, minus remorse.' That's one of the pointers in a satire on the 'Adarsh Balak' poster.

Going to Goa makes you a 'bad girl', but an 'ideal boy' would be someone who doesn't party beyond 3 am on weekdays. Parties, Nevertheless.

While the 'Bad girl' poster meme was created by a bunch of college students at the Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology in Bangalore, the brains behind this remain unidentified, so far.

The satirical 'ideal boy' poster is being widely shared on Facebook.

This is the original 'ideal boy' poster that you may have seen in your classroom years back:

The original chart was part of a popular series of instructional illustrations for children that served as a guide to socially 'appropriate' behaviour. It said an 'ideal boy' must get up early in the morning and pray.

Using the same images, this satirical poster says an 'ideal boy' spends more money on shower gels than on books and likes sports India sucks big time at the Olympics.
