Three injured in five low-intensity blasts in Lahore

Lahore: Five low-intensity blasts rocked a thickly populated area in Lahore on Friday evening, injuring three persons, including a policeman.

Official sources said the blasts, which were of low-intensity in nature, occurred near Tabi city police station.

TV channels reported that the low-intensity blasts shattered the windowpanes of some of the houses and shops in the area.

The sources said the policeman was among the three injured in the late evening blasts.

No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
