Will property prices in Mumbai finally stabilize?
In an attempt to unlock more land within space-strapped Mumbai, the Airports Authority of India is looking to grant clearances to over 150 buildings that lie very close to the Juhu airport. The commercial airfield will eventually be shut down, freeing up 400 acres of land for future development.
