As per ANAROCK (in May '22) India had 4.40 Lakh units valued at over INR 4.48 Lakhs Crore across top Indian micro markets. The 14-member committee is set to meet next week to resolve these cases of stalled residential projects, languishing for more than a decade. What possible steps could this committee take to resolve these cases? By when can the home buyers expect a resolution and will that resolution be accepted by all parties and authorities involved?
