"Students Are Dead, But We Won't Stop": Nepal's Youth Fight Back Against Corruption

Violence erupted in Kathmandu as Gen-Z protestors clashed with police, leaving at least 19 people dead - including a 12-year-old - and over 300 injured. The protests, initially triggered by a government ban on several social media apps, have now evolved into a broader movement against systemic corruption and youth unemployment. Speaking to NDTV, protestors accused the government of using deadly force on students and demanded accountability. "We are unemployed... the government killed students... the system is corrupt. We will continue this protest," said one youth protestor, capturing the anger and resolve of a generation demanding change.
