Should India consider lifting ban on wheat export?

India is struggling with an enormous stockpile of wheat that is rotting through lack of room to store it, while the rest of world is expecting shortage. Despite global wheat prices doubling in the last two months, India has not taken advantage by selling its excess stock before it rots.
