Delhi Protest: 2 Police Personnel Injured In Scuffle Near Jantar Mantar
Two Delhi Police personnel have sustained minor injuries during a scuffle with protesters near the PTI building in central Delhi, close to Jantar Mantar, where the CJP protest was scheduled to take place. NDTV's Anoushka Garg reports that police are detaining protesters gathering in small groups amid heavy security deployment and road closures. Police have cordoned off parts of central Delhi and are making repeated announcements warning against unauthorised gatherings. Several CJP leaders have also been detained as authorities tighten security across Delhi and the NCR.
