CJP Protest: Detained Demonstrators Taken To Delhi's Chhatrasal Stadium: NDTV Ground Report
Delhi Police and paramilitary forces have been deployed across central Delhi as authorities detain protesters attempting to reach Jantar Mantar for the CJP's planned demonstration against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. NDTV's Ishika reports that demonstrators detained near Connaught Place are being brought to Chhatrasal Stadium, a designated detention centre where heavy security has been deployed. No senior CJP leaders had been brought to the stadium at the time of reporting. Abhijeet Dipke is reportedly being held in Gurugram, while Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das are at separate locations. The CJP has vowed to continue its protests despite the detentions and restrictions.
