RBI should have cut rates: Dr Surjit Bhalla
Dr Surjit Bhalla, chairman of O[x]us Investments, has strongly criticized the RBI's decision to not bring down rates. He added that the RBI should not have waited for one month since the current environment is more opportune for such a cut.
