RBI Could Surprise With Rate Cut After Budget: SBI

Soumya Kanti Ghosh, chief economic advisor at SBI, said the Reserve Bank of India could make an off-cycle rate cut in March after the budget. But RBI could keep rates steady on February 2 review meet, he added.
