PM Modi Inaugurates ₹407-Crore Banas Dairy Projects In Gujarat, Boosts Dairy And Research Sector
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated major Banas Dairy infrastructure and research projects worth ₹407.56 crore in Gujarat's Banaskantha district. The key highlight is the Bharat Bovine Breeding and Research Centre in Bhildi, built across 127 acres at a cost of ₹324.77 crore to strengthen livestock breeding and genetic research. PM Modi also virtually inaugurated an upgraded French fries processing plant at Sanadar, developed with an investment of ₹51.65 crore, increasing its processing capacity from two to five tonnes per hour.
