India's construction industry needs 4-5 million skilled professionals but has only around 1 million. This huge gap between demand and supply is only going to get widened with the growing need to create a large stock of affordable housing which will require both skill and efficiency. So, the big question we are asking today is how do we fill this huge void which is crucial not just to lower construction costs but to also create quality stock of housing in India.
