Netanyahu US | Netanyahu Says He Still Plans to Visit New York Despite Mamdani's Criticism

In an interview with FOX News' Sean Hannity, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he will continue his visit to New York despite criticism from its mayor, saying he wasn't welcome in the city. "I'm gonna speak the truth in front of this, you know this, this hate spewing elected official," said Netanyahu. New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani said last Tuesday that the city would not be able to execute an arrest warrant issued by the world's top war-crimes court for Israel's Netanyahu, but urged the federal government to do so. Mamdani had told the New York Times earlier this month that he and the city's legal department were discussing arresting Netanyahu if he comes to New York City for the U.N. General Assembly in September.
