'Odd-Even More About Collective Duty,' Says Gopal Rai
Delhi Transport minister said that the government's odd-even plan was about a 'collective duty' and it cannot be imposed. Speaking about the reaction on the first day, Mr Rai said, "Delhi commuters acted for their kids."
