The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Delhi Development Authority on a petition filed by a man who belongs to the Scheduled Caste and is a resident of Delhi. The petition says that DDA flats should be allotted only to people of Delhi and not to people from across the country. The DDA has to reply to the petition within four weeks.
