Thailand's Queen Suthida Pilots 7-Hour Flight From Bangkok To Japan
Thailand's Queen Suthida piloted a seven-hour flight from Bangkok to Hokkaido, Japan, on Wednesday, according to the Bureau of the Royal Household. Visiting Japan as the Women's Global Ambassador for the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), she is expected to attend the 2027 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s Asia Championship in Sapporo. An experienced pilot, Queen Suthida earlier this month made her first solo flight in a Gripen fighter jet and has also flown a Boeing 737.
