Pakistan News | Peshawar School Roof Collapse Kills 35, Families Mourn Children
Thousands gathered in Peshawar for funeral prayers after a school rooftop collapse killed at least 34 children and a teacher, and left more than 50 injured. Among the victims were two young brothers whose father is now grieving the loss of both children. Police have arrested the school's owner, who reportedly blamed this week's rains for weakening the roof. The provincial government has formed a committee to investigate the cause of the collapse, as residents demand accountability.
