The ban on smoking in public will come into effect from Thursday. As per the norms, public places, transport office buildings and many restaurants are out of smoking bounds. It could change the way we look at smoking and smokers, or even the nature of the city's partying and nightlife. The smoker and the non-smoker is affected, relieved or angry.
