Raking up a fresh controversy, Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh had veiled criticism for the judiciary today when he said the Supreme Court's description of the CBI as a parrot and the central administrative tribunal's description of the Intelligence Bureau as a chicken, was "belittling" the country's institutions. His comment was immediately slammed by the BJP.
