US President spoke of the need of a global commitment to maintain peace in his UN address. He said more nations must contribute more forces as the supply of trained peacekeepers can't keep up with the demand. "We know peace operations are not the solution to all problems. But these are one of the most important tools to counter armed conflict," said Mr Obama.
