Not Helping China Build A Naval Base In Sri Lanka: PM Wickremesinghe

Speaking to NDTV at the 2016 World Economic Forum in Davos, Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said the port at Hambantota, which has raised concerns in India, was not a naval port. It is a commercial port being built with Chinese assistance and India is welcome for business, Mr Wickremesinghe said.
