CJP Protest | Abhijeet Dipke Remains In Custody After Preventive Arrest During Delhi March

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder president Abhijeet Dipke remains in police custody following his preventive arrest during the party’s Tiranga March in Delhi on October 16. Dipke was detained under Sections 126 and 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and is due to be produced before a Special Executive Magistrate. CJP’s legal team has raised concerns over his whereabouts, alleging that his location was undisclosed and access to lawyers had been denied, even as AISA chief Neha Bora was released.
