Anantnag Sarpanch Offers Gold To Whoever Collects 2,000 Kg Of Polythene Garbage

A sarpanch in Kashmir's Anantnag has given an offer that few can refuse. Farooq Ahmad Ganaie, an advocate by profession, is hell bent on getting rid of polythene garbage. So, he is giving anyone who collects 2,000 kgs of garbage a gold coin. This has spurred youth of the area to form a club to clean up their surroundings and that has led to quite a transformation.(Video credit: PTI)
