Nepal Communal Violence Leaves 3 Dead, Army Deployed As Unrest Spreads

Nepal is witnessing a wave of communal violence after a dispute over loudspeakers and religious flags during a Hindu procession escalated into deadly clashes. At least three people have been killed, several injured, and curfews have been imposed in multiple areas as authorities deploy the army to restore order. The violence, which began in Sunsari district near the Indian border, has spread to other parts of the country.
