Video Captures Emergency Responders Carrying Victim After Fatal ICE Shooting Video shot by a bystander in Minneapolis showed the woman shot and killed by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer being carried down a street along a sidewalk before being placed on the ground. Renee Good was a U.S. citizen born in Colorado and appears to never have been charged with anything involving law enforcement beyond a traffic ticket.
