'JN.1 Dominating Covid Landscape': Health Expert Dr Rajeev Jayadevan

Dr Rajeev Jayadevan, the co-chair of the IMA's Covid Task Force, said that due to low testing the full extent of a nationwide spread remains unknown. Amid the fear of yet another Covid wave, Dr Jayadevan said the new variant may have multiple mutations, but the hospitalisation rates will remain low.
