On Wednesday, Namibia awarded PM Modi its highest civilian honour, the Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis, a rare tribute, named after a desert plant that symbolises resilience and long life. Just a day earlier, on Tuesday, Brazil conferred its Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross, its top honour for foreign nationals, recognising his leadership and growing global influence.
