Israel Strikes Lebanon | Israel Launches Overnight Airstrikes On Beirut Suburbs Amid Conflict
Israel carried out at least 11 airstrikes overnight targeting the southern suburbs of Beirut, with some strikes causing fires near a gas station. The Israeli army had earlier warned residents to evacuate immediately, prompting two hospitals in the area to move patients and staff to safer locations. No casualties were immediately reported from the strikes. However, Lebanon’s health ministry said the death toll has risen to 123 since renewed hostilities began between Israel and Hezbollah. UN peacekeepers also reported hearing clashes and ground combat in southern Lebanon as Israeli forces moved across the border.
