The Indian Navy has commissioned INS Nipun, its second Diving Support Vessel (DSV), built by Hindustan Shipyard Limited in Visakhapatnam. The specialised ship will significantly enhance the Navy’s deep-sea diving, underwater intervention and submarine rescue capabilities.
