Indian Embassy In Kuwait Rescues Tamil Nadu Woman Vanitha After SOS Appeal
The Indian Embassy in Kuwait has rescued Tamil Nadu woman Vanitha after she allegedly faced torture and non-payment of salary while working as domestic help. Vanitha had reportedly been in Kuwait for three months when she posted an SOS video seeking help to return home. Tamil Nadu authorities traced her family, following which a complaint was filed seeking her rescue. Her mother alleged that an agent had cheated Vanitha. In her latest video, Vanitha thanked the Indian Embassy for helping her return safely.
