Speaking at the NDTV World Summit 2026, CEO of Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces Puneet Chhatwal shared, "I think we were very busy bringing international brands to India and international cuisines to India. I think the time has come to start exporting Indian cuisines outside of India." He pointed out that they recently opened a Taj in Frankfurt and the Taj in San Francisco and in Cape Town and in Dubai, and they all have a Bombay Brasserie.
