India and the European Union are on the brink of a historic Free Trade Agreement breakthrough as top EU leaders arrive in New Delhi for the high-stakes India-EU summit. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic met Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, signalling that FTA negotiations are in their final stages.
