Flash Floods Hit Uttarakhand's Naugaon, Homes and Vehicles Damaged
Uttarakhand floods: Heavy rainfall causes streams to overflow in the Naugaon region. A massive surge in the Dewalsari stream located on the Yamunotri Highway in Naugaon. One house buried under the stream's impact; water has entered half a dozen buildings. Reports suggest a mixer machine and two scooters were swept away in the Dewalsari stream; one car is buried under debris. The Naugaon stream, flowing through the center of Naugaon market, is also in spate.
